VP Main Menu Shrinks Help

My VP main menu shrinks down to left hand corner.
How do I get back to half screen again.

Say:
Resize Window
Or
Resize VoiceComputer
or
Resize to one <half, third, fourth… tenth>

To close the VC help screen say:
Hide VoiceComputer
