VoicePower license key doesn't work on Voi

I purchased VoicePower 11/11. I have uninstalled VoicePower and have installed VoiceComputer. My VoicePower license key doesn’t seem to work on VoiceComputer.

We have switched to an easier-to-use serial number system so you need to email for a new serial number.
We have also changed our upgrade policy. We had a one-year free upgrade policy but we are now synchronizing our upgrades with Dragon's. So when you buy an upgrade, you'll get free upgrades until Dragon 13 is released.
