I use Voice Shortcuts in Microsoft Outlook (2016) constantly. One of them is for the “Drafts” folder. It’s always worked, until very recently. Suddenly, intermittently, when I say “Send to Drafts folder,” Dragon will recognize the command correctly, but then create a Task in Microsoft Outlook and delete the email. Any ideas?
I have no good answer.
The Voice Shortcuts for this are merely keystrokes with timing delays.
I doubt whether Outlook 2016 was recently updated, thereby changing the keystrokes.
Try re:recording the macro and write down the keystrokes.
If the new macro doesn’t work, send me the keystrokes and I’ll try to duplicate the problem.
