Before I found Dragon and Voice Computer, I had been using a multiple monitor manager called Display Fusion. Among other things, it allows you to move windows between monitors with key combinations. It also lets you minimize, maximize, and size windows, and has a bunch of other features that I haven’t played with yet.
It’s slightly clumsy, but I will map Dragon commands to Display Fusion functions. So for example, in Display Fusion:
Control + Windows + Z maps to “Move window to next monitor”
So I just set that up as a command in Dragon, then I simply have to say “nextee” to move the active window to the next monitor. I also have a command that focuses the mouse on the active window.
Display Fusion’s free version is pretty powerful, that’s all I have needed for my set up.
