Problems with Chrome extension

I’m helping a friend learn how to use his computer 100% hands-free. Thank you for VoiceComputer and Intag Chrome, they are a huge help.

Two problems:

1) When we set his screen resolution to 125%, the Chrome menu intags were in the wrong place.
2) When Chrome menu intags are displayed, saying “toggle” just turns them off.

He has Windows 10, DNS 12.5, and VoiceComputer 2017 Home Edition.

Thanks for any suggestions or fixes.

To confirm, are you speaking about the Windows text size?

Did you restart the computer after changing the text size?
Is Chrome also Zoomed?
What screen resolution is he using?

Haven't seen this. The command consistently doesn't work even after you restart speech?

Rick,

When you working in Google Chrome using the VoiceComputer Chrome extension and you say InTag menu, it displays the numbers in what we call the menu bar.

However, in Google Chrome when you say "toggle" by nature of the way the Chrome extension works in Google Chrome, it naturally turns off the numbers in the menu bar and resets the Chrome extension numbers. That's the way it's designed to work. The command "toggle" is applicable only to Firefox and/or IE 11. In other words, everything is working as it should.

If you want to reset the numbers in the menu bar in Google Chrome, you have to say "InTag menu" again.
