Thank you, for posting this. The upgrade was a doddle.

I was rather hoping that the upgrade would help with the stability of the Chrome Web Extension. Unfortunately, that is still crashing randomly.

I tried Firefox which now appears to work with the add-on, but for some reason, it is so hopelessly slow as to be useless

Chuck and others have recommended Firefox ESR because Intags work fine with it. Install the 32-bit version because the 64-bit version does not work.

With all versions of the 15.3 patch, Dragon replaces the Dragon Web Extension for Firefox.

The latest version of DMPE 4 and Dragon 15.3, do not automatically upgrade the Dragon Web Extension in Firefox. You have to do this manually.

To do this, do the following:

1. The current Dragon web extension in Firefox is Dragon Professional Web Extension There is no longer any need for the Plugin. You no longer need to use the ESR version of Firefox. If you're using that version uninstall it and install Firefox 58.0.2 (i.e., current version of Firefox standard 32-bit). Note also Dragon is not compatible with the 64-bit version of Firefox period.

2. Delete the older extension, as well as the plug-in if it exists currently. Or, try checking for updates before deleting the old Dragon Web Extension. The previous available plug-in for Firefox it's disabled, so just remove it if it still shows.

3. If it becomes necessary to manually install the current update for Firefox, first make sure that your Firefox is currently up-to-date, then go to the following link:

enx = US English. Make sure that you properly replace the three character language indicator with the appropriate language version that you're using (i.e., fra - French, etc.).

4. Install the updated version as noted above in #1.

5. In addition, apparent that the 15.3 patch also fixes the problem with focus in Firefox. Particularly with regard to VoiceComputer's InTags, once Firefox is loaded, saying in the InTag number will execute that number instead of producing great sequence of InTags that indicates that the focus is lost and requiring you to say one of those numbers in order to regain focus. In other words, focuses instant the moment that you load Firefox now

Never assume that anything occurs automatically. Unknown
