Configuring voice computer microphone

as instructed – I would like to configure voice computer microphone, help would be appreciated!

First, read our documentation in ‘Using the VC
Microphone.pdf’ in your C:ProgramDataVoiceTeachVoiceComputerDocumentation
folder<p =“Msonormal”>

<p ="Msonormal">(We will be revising this!)

<p ="Msonormal">The following is revised text from section 4. Configuring VC Microphone for best
results.

<p ="Msonormal">The minimum recognition accuracy required for the commands
to be correctly recognized can be configured, the command names to turn on the
Dragon microphone can be changed to whatever command words work best for you
and the maximum pause between the commands can be configured.

<p ="Msonormal">To configure the VC Mic, say, “Configure VoiceComputer”,
then say ‘8 Open’ where “8” is “Edit the VC Microphone commands and their
accuracy settings.” Now follow the 3 configuration screens to make the changes
you want.

<p ="Msonormal">The first configuration screen lets you change the names of
the commands to turn the Dragon mic on and it lets you change the accuracy, the
confidence level that the speech recognition (WSR) reports. The first thing to
try if Dragon is not understanding your commands, is to set the confidence
levels 1% percent point lower for the second command. The default level is 94%,
set it to 93%. Or, if Dragon is understanding your commands too easily
(constantly turning on the microphone), set the confidence levels 1% percent point
higher for the second command.

<p ="Msonormal">If this is the only change you wish to make, Click OK and
then Click OK for Screens 2 and 3. The VC Microphone will be restarted with the
changes made.

<p ="Msonormal">Configuring VC Microphone: The VC Microphone creates a
MicrophoneLog.txt file in the C:ProgramDataVoiceTeachMicrophone directory.
Use this log file to determine how to configure the settings. Issue some
commands and then open the file and go to the end of the file and you’ll see
how well the VC Mic understands your commands (the confidence level). To view real-time results of your commands as
you say them, download the Notepad++ or similar application. It will show you
real-time results.

<p ="Msonormal">This text needs to be improved so please let me know if you
have any questions.
